SHIPPING RATES

Home Delivery Parcel Norway Fees:

All parcels for home delivery parcel within Norway are sent via Posten Tracked Service. Shipping rates are charged based on a flat rate of  NOK 72 per order. This rate is shown as “Shipping Cost” in the Checkout. Shipping is FREE for all orders over NOK 990 within Norway. Delivery is within 1 - 3 business days from the date of dispatch.

 

Pick-Up Parcel Norway Fees:

All parcels for pick-up parcel within Norway are sent via Posten Tracked Service. Shipping rates are charged based on a flat rate of NOK 72 per order. This rate is shown as “Shipping Cost” in the Checkout. Shipping is FREE for all orders over NOK 990 within Norway. Pick-up will be available from your selected location within 1 - 4 business days.

 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

We will dispatch your order within one - two business days from our Warehouse in Rjukan. 

 

Home Delivery:

You will be notified of the expected delivery day with a tracking link, via SMS or e-mail. The tracking link allows you to change the delivery day. Posten will deliver the package to the door in the evening (5 pm - 9 pm) in cities and towns and between 8 am and 5 pm in other places. 

 

Pick-Up Parcel:

You will receive a collection notice by SMS, email or in the App and can pick up the package at your local pick-up location. If the package is not retrieved, you will receive up to 2 reminders. The pick-up deadline is 14 days before it is sent back to our Warehouse in Rjukan. There are approximately 2300 pick-up locations to choose from.
